SureAccess Profile

SureAccess is a secure VPN solution that ensures seamless and controlled connectivity to internal resources for Windows, macOS/iOS, and Android devices. By enforcing organization-defined access policies, SureAccess provides a robust mechanism to secure network traffic while allowing flexibility for IT administrators to configure access based on device type and enterprise needs.

• Supported OS Version: macOS 10.7 or later
• Supported Enrollment Type: Device Enrollment and Automated Device Enrollment

To configure VPN remotely on the enrolled devices, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to SureMDM Web Console > Profiles > macOS > Add > Select Enrollment Type > Network & Connectivity > SureAccess > Configure.

2. Enter a Profile Name.

3. Refer here for profile configuration steps.

4. Go back to the Home tab and select the macOS device(s) or group(s).

5. Click Apply to launch the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt.

6. Select the profile under All Jobs/Profiles.

7. Click Apply in the Apply/Profile To Device prompt.
