SureInsights
The SureInsights dashboards, integrated into the SureMDM, provide administrators with intuitive visualizations to monitor and manage enrolled devices effectively. SureInsight dashboards offer interactive charts and one-click optimization actions to support data-driven decisions, covering the following:
Steps to Configure SureInsights:
- Navigate to Account Settings > Account management > SureInsights.
- Under the SureInsights section, enable SureInsights and configure shift analytics.
- Shift Configuration: Multiple shift timings can be configured by specifying a start time and an end time.
Steps to Access SureInsights Dashboards:
- Navigate to Home > Dashboard > SureInsights dropdown.
- Select a dashboard: Application Usage, Battery Health, Data Usage, or Battery Usage.
- Click Configure to select Groups, SubGroups, Time Span, and Shift Configuration. Save to load the dashboard.
Common Visualizations Across Dashboards:
The following charts are present in all four SureInsights categories—Application Usage, Battery Health, Battery Usage, and Data Usage—and are used as interactive filters to refine the data displayed in other charts within each section. Selecting an option from any of these charts instantly updates related visualizations, allowing for focused analysis based on the chart configuration.
Groups: The Group pie chart shows the distribution of devices across various configured groups, with each slice representing a group and labeled with its name and device count.
Models: The Models Pie Chart displays enrolled devices grouped by configured model, with each slice labeled by device model name and total count.
OS Version: The OS Versions Pie Chart illustrates the distribution of enrolled devices by their configured operating system versions, with each slice labeled by OS name and device count.
Click any segment in the Group, Model, or OS Version charts to instantly filter all dashboard visuals—helping you drill down and find insights faster.
