Automatically Approve Devices

SureMDM allows IT admins to import a list with pre-approved device details. Once imported, whenever a new device is enrolled, SureMDM verifies the details with the preapproved list. If the device enrolled is listed in the preapproved list then it approves the device automatically without reflecting under Unapproved section and appears in the Device Grid of SureMDM console.

To enroll the devices using import preapproved list, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to SureMDM Web Console.

  2. Under Device Groups section, click Preapproved.

  3. In the Preapproved page, select Automatically approve all devices and click Download Preapprove Template.

    A template in CSV format will download.

  4. Fill the list of device details in the CSV file.

  5. Click Import.

  6. Browse and select the .csv file

    Now, whenever the devices with listed Hardware Address and Hardware Address Type in the .csv file gets enrolled, they will be automatically approved and added to the Device Grid.
