Device Status

The Device Status section provides a structured view of the approval, unapproval, and the state of devices within the system. It enables administrators to efficiently monitor device eligibility and manage device access across the organization.

Unapproved​

Devices that are enrolled but pending administrative approval.

  • Approve - Use this option to approve the selected device(s) for management.

  • Export - Use this option to export the device list details.

  • Delete - Use this option to remove the selected device(s) from the console.

  • Refresh - Use this option to reload the device list.

Preapproved​

Devices that are pre-authorized for enrollment.

  • Automatically Approve All Devices - Enable this option to automatically approve devices upon enrollment.

  • Select All - Use this option to select all listed devices.

  • Invite User - Use this option to send an enrollment invitation to users.

  • Allow Enrollment - Use this option to permit the selected device(s) to enroll.

  • Block Enrollment - Use this option to prevent the selected device(s) from enrolling.

  • Import - Use this option to import a list of devices for preapproval.

  • Export - Use this option to export the device list.

  • Delete – Use this option to remove selected device(s) from the preapproved list.

Blocklisted​

Devices restricted from accessing corporate resources.

  • Allowlist - This option helps to move the device from blocklisted to allowed status.

  • Export - Use this option to export the blocklisted device details.

  • Delete - Use this option to remove the selected device(s) from the list.

  • Refresh - Use this option to reload the list.

  • Logs - Displays system and device activity logs for monitoring and troubleshooting.

Recycle Bin​

Stores deleted devices temporarily before permanent removal.

  • Restore - Use this option to restore selected device(s) to active status.

  • Export - Use this option to export device details.

  • Force Delete – This option permanently deletes device(s) from the system.

  • Refresh - Use this option to reload the list.

Unlicensed​

Devices that are enrolled but do not have an assigned license.

  • Assign License - This option helps to assign an available license to the selected device(s).

  • Export - Use this option to export the device list.

  • Delete - Use this option to remove selected device(s) from the console.

  • Refresh - Use this option to reloads the list.
