Configure Firewall Settings Profile
The Firewall Settings payload for macOS devices allows you to manage and control the incoming connections to the device. It enables you to specify which applications are allowed to receive incoming connections and configure additional settings, such as stealth mode.
To configure the Firewall policy on the macOS devices, follow these steps:
1. On the SureMDM Web Console, navigate to Profiles > macOS > Add > Firewall Settings > Configure.
2. Enter a Profile Name.
3. Click Enable Firewall, click Add, and select App Name, Incoming Connection, and click Add.
4. Select the other required options, such as
- Automatically allow built-in software to receive incoming connections,
- Automatically allow downloaded signed software to receive incoming connections,
- Check to Enable Stealth Mode, and then click Save.
The newly created job will be listed in the Jobs List section.
4. Go back to the Home tab and select Windows device(s) or group(s).
5. Click Apply to launch the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt.
6. In the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt, select the job and click Apply.
Other available settings in the Firewall profile section are as follows:

Block all incoming connections | Blocks all incoming connections except those required for basic internet services such as DPHC and IPSec. |
Edit | Allows to edit the added details |
Delete | Allows to delete the added details |
