Customer Access
Introduction
The Customer Access feature allows Super Administrators to create customer access templates and assign them to Hub administrators. Each template defines which customer accounts a Hub administrator can access after signing in to the SureMDM Hub console.
Using customer access templates helps organizations restrict administrators to only the customer accounts they are responsible for managing.
- A default Super User template is available and provides access to all customer accounts.
- Existing Hub admin users are automatically assigned the Super User template.

Assign Customer Access roles to Hub Admin Users

Log in to the SureMDM Hub Console.
Navigate to Account Management > Global Configuration.
Click Login to access the Global Configuration account.
In the Global Configuration account, click Settings, and then select User Management > Users.
The Users page displays all Hub admin users created in the SureMDM Hub along with details such as Username, Email, First Name, Created Date, User Type, and Role.Select the Hub admin user to whom you want to assign a role.
noteEnsure that the required customer access role template has been created. For more information, see Create a Role Template.
Click Edit User.
In the Edit User Settings window, select the required role from the Role drop-down list.
Click Save.
The selected role is assigned to the Hub admin user.
The User Management > Users page lists all Hub admin users created in the customer SureMDM Hub. Use this page to assign or update customer access roles for Hub users. The assigned role determines the actions that a Hub admin user can perform and the features they can access in the customer’s SureMDM console. This enables SureMDM Hub administrators to centrally manage user permissions and maintain role-based access control across all customer accounts.
- By default, all Hub admin users are assigned the Super User role.
- Only the Role field can be modified. All other user details are read-only.
- Use the Search field to locate a specific user and Refresh to reload the latest user information.
