Notification Settings

The Notification section in the SureMDM Hub Console displays important updates, including account linking requests, general notifications, and maintenance messages. This helps administrators stay updated on key events and system activities directly from the console.

Linking Notifications​

Linking notifications indicate requests to link a SureMDM account with the SureMDM Hub account.

Prerequisite

  • Click here to link SureMDM Hub Account ID.

To approve the Sure MDM Hub link request, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your SureMDM Hub Account.

2. Click on the Notifications option located in the top right corner of the home page.

3. Click Approve or Reject the request as per your requirement.

Upon approval, the SureMDM Account will be successfully linked to Hub, and the account will be listed in the Customer Account List.

Generic and Maintenance Notifications​

These notifications display general system updates, announcements, and information about scheduled maintenance activities within the SureMDM Hub console.
