Call Log Tracking (Android)
Admins can remotely track call logs on the enrolled device(s).

- This feature will only function if the Call Logs permission is enabled on the device.
- This feature has been deprecated and will be available in standalone SureLock up to version 21.39011 when enrollment is done using the integrated SureMDM Agent, and it will remain functional in the standalone version of the SureMDM Agent.
To create Call Log Tracking job and deploy it to the enrolled device(s) remotely, follow these steps:
1. On the SureMDM Web Console, navigate to Jobs > New Job > Android > Call Log Tracking.
2. Configure Call Log Tracking settings and click OK.
Settings | Description |
---|---|
Job Name | Enter a name for the Job. |
Call Log Tracking | Turn ON to enable the call log tracking option. |
Tracking Periodicity | Enter the value for call log tracking period in minutes to track all the calls (Incoming/Outgoing/Missed) of the enrolled device for the specified time. |
The newly created job will be listed in the Jobs List section.
3. Go back to the Home tab and select the Android device(s) or group(s).
4. Click Apply to launch the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt.
5. In the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt, select the job and click Apply.
