Introduction

Overview​

SuperHub is a distributor-focused platform designed to simplify how SureMDM Hub accounts are created, distributed, and managed across the partner ecosystem. While Resellers and MSPs currently use SureMDM Hub to manage their customers' devices and accounts, distributors face challenges in efficiently provisioning and overseeing these Hub accounts for their downstream partners. SuperHub addresses this gap by enabling distributors to centrally create, allocate, and manage SureMDM Hub accounts for resellers and MSPs with greater control and visibility. The platform streamlines partner onboarding, improves account lifecycle management, and ensures a scalable, structured approach to managing Hub accounts across multiple partner levels.

  • Hub Management — Create and manage multiple Hub partner accounts, including resellers and MSPs

  • Order Approvals — Review and approve license orders submitted by Hub partners to ensure controlled distribution
