Unverified Customers List

The Unverified Customers List page provides a centralized view of all customer accounts that have been created but not yet verified. This page enables administrators to track pending account activations and take necessary follow-up actions to complete the verification process.

Data Grid​

The grid displays unverified customer details with the following columns:

  • Account ID - Unique identifier assigned to the customer account.

  • Company Name - Name of the customer company.

  • Email - Email address used during account creation (verification sent here).

  • Date Created - Timestamp indicating when the account was created.

  • Resend Mail - Action button to resend the verification email to the registered email address.

Other Actions​

  • Refresh - Reloads the list to display the latest data.

  • Delete – Removes selected unverified accounts.

  • Search Bar – Allows users to search by Account ID, Company Name or Email.

  • Pagination and Navigation - Allows items per page selection (e.g., 15) and navigation arrows for moving between pages
