SureMDM Agent Settings Job (Windows Mobile)

The SureMDM Agent Settings job allows administrators to efficiently configure SureMDM Agent settings on the enrolled devices. This job allows administrators to tailor the behavior and functionality of the SureMDM Agent to align with the organization's requirements.

To remotely configure SureMDM Agent Settings on the enrolled device(s), follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to SureMDM Web Console > Jobs > New Job > Windows Mobile > SureMDM Agent Settings.   

  2. Enter a Job Name.

  3. Configure SureMDM Agent settings and click OK.

SettingsDescription
Enable time synchronization with serverSelect the Periodicity from the drop-down menu to synchronize with the server in a specified time.
Enable device info updateSelect the Periodicity from the drop-down menu to update device info in specified time.
Connection TypeSelect the Connection Type (Any / Wi-Fi Only/ Mobile Data) from the drop-down menu to connect to the internet.

The newly created job will be listed in the Jobs List section. 

  1. Go back to the Home tab and select the Windows Mobile device(s) or group(s).

  2. Click Apply to launch the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt.

  3. Select the job under All Jobs/Profiles.

  4. Click Apply in the Apply/Profile To Device prompt.
