Windows Job Management

SureMDM allows administrators to execute a variety of actions on Windows devices remotely and in a streamlined manner. This includes sending commands such as installing applications, sharing files, locking, rebooting, shutting down, and waking up devices, all managed through the SureMDM console. This remote job execution minimizes the need for physical device interaction and enhances the efficiency of device management.

In SureMDM, the term "Jobs" refers to tasks that administrators can create and deploy remotely on the enrolled device(s) or group(s). There are two distinct types of Jobs that can be deployed on devices:

  • Dynamic Jobs: These Jobs are remotely deployed on specific devices. Administrators can create and assign a Dynamic Job to a particular device, targeting it for specific tasks or actions.

  • Static Jobs: Static Jobs, on the other hand, are deployed remotely on multiple device(s) or group(s). Administrators have the flexibility to create and assign Static Jobs to multiple devices or groups, allowing them to streamline operations and assign common tasks to multiple devices simultaneously.
