Notification Policy Profile (Windows CE )
SureMDM allows administrators to establish notification policies for the enrolled device. When this job is applied to an enrolled device and the device's activity exceeds the predefined threshold, automated notifications will be generated and transmitted.
To configure Notification Policy on the enrolled device(s) or group(s) remotely, follow these steps:
Navigate to SureMDM Web Console > Jobs > New Job > Windows CE > Notification Policy.
Configure Notification Policy settings and click OK.
| Settings | Description |

| Job Name | Enter a name for the Job. |
| Disable Notification Policy | Select this option to disable all the notification settings for a specific job. |
| Enable Battery Policy | Select this option to set the value (in %) for battery threshold. This will notify the users (Device/Admin/E-mail address) when an enrolled device's battery power falls below the set threshold. |
| Notify device battery charging status | Select Plugged/Unplugged to notify whether the device is plugged into the charger or not. |
| Enable Connection Policy | Select this option to set the time (in min). This option notifies the user (Device/Admin/Email address) when an enrolled device is offline in the Console for a specified period of time. |
| Notify when device comes online | This option notifies the user (device/admin/e-mail address) when an enrolled device comes online after being offline. |
| Send Alert to | Admin can configure the alert notification to the following users: MDM - SureMDM Admin Device - Device user E-Mail - Registered Email address SMS - Registered Mobile Number Webhook - Webhook Endpoint that captures device-related events in real-time. Note: Devices with SureMDM Agent versions 4.71.0 and higher will receive the alert immediately. |
The newly created job will be listed in the Jobs List section.
3. Go back to the Home tab and select the Windows CE device(s) or group(s).
4. Click Apply to launch the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt.
5. Select the job under All Jobs/Profiles.
6. Click Apply in the Apply/Profile To Device prompt.
