File Transfer Job (Windows)

The File Transfer job allows administrators to efficiently transfer files to enrolled devices or groups from a SureMDM console. Administrators can use the File Transfer job to securely and conveniently deliver files to designated devices or groups, eliminating the need for physical transfer methods.

To create a File transfer job and deploy it to the enrolled device(s) or group(s) remotely, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the SureMDM Web Console > Jobs > New Job > Windows Server > File Transfer.
2. On the Configure Job screen, enter a Job Name and click Add.
3. In the File Transfer Properties prompt, enter the following details and click OK.

Settings	Description
File Path/URL	Browse and select the file from the system or specify the link where the file is hosted.
Device Path	Enter the server path for the file to save.

The newly created job will be listed in the Jobs List section.

4. Go back to the Home tab and select the Windows Server device(s) or group(s).
5. Click Apply to launch the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt.
6. Select the job under All Jobs/Profiles.
7. Click Apply in the Apply/Profile To Device prompt.
