File Transfer (Wear OS)

The File Transfer job allows the admins to deploy the files on the enrolled device(s) or group(s).

To create a File transfer job and deploy it to the enrolled device(s) or group(s) remotely, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the SureMDM Web Console > Jobs > New Job > Android Wear OS> File Transfer

  2. In the Configure Job screen, enter the File Name and click Add.

  3. Configure File Transfer settings and click OK.

  4. In the File Transfer Properties screen, enter the following details and click OK:

  • File Path/URL: Browse and select the file from the system or specify the link where the file is hosted.
  • Device Path: Device path for the file to Save.

The newly created job will be listed in the Jobs List section. 

  1. Go back to the Home tab and select the Android Wear OS device(s) or group(s).

  2. Click Apply to launch the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt.

  3. In the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt, select the job(s) and click Apply.
