Printronix Printer Jobs
The following are the jobs supported by the Printronix printers:
Reset Printer Statistics (ODV)
Reset Printer Statistics (ODV) allows the admins to reset the Printer Barcode Statistics.
To reset the Printer Barcode Statistics, follow these steps:
Log in to the SureMDM Console.
Select the Printronix printer and navigate to the Dynamic Job section.
Select the Reset Printer Statistics (ODV) Job.
Click Apply or Save As Job.
Apply - By clicking this option, the job will be applied to the selected device without saving it.
Save As Job - By clicking this option, the admin can save the job by adding a Job Name. The job will be saved under the Jobs section. Admins can apply this job to multiple devices.
Reset Printer Statistics (RFID)
Reset Printer Statistics (RFID) allows the admins to reset the Printer Tag Statistics.
To reset the Printer Tag Statistics, follow these steps:
Log in to the SureMDM Console.
Select the Printronix printer and navigate to the Dynamic Job section.
Select the Reset Printer Statistics (RFID) Job.
Click Apply or Save As Job.
Apply - By clicking this option, the job will be applied to the selected device without saving it.
Save As Job - By clicking this option, the admin can save the job by adding a Job Name. The job will be saved under the Jobs section. Admins can apply this job to multiple devices.
Restart
Restart job allows the admins to restart Printronix Printer.
To restart the printer, follow these steps:
Log in to the SureMDM Console.
Select the Printronix printer and navigate to the Dynamic Job section.
Select the Restart Job.
Click Apply or Save As Job.
Apply - By clicking this option, the job will be applied to the selected device without saving it.
Save As Job - By clicking this option, the admin can save the job by adding a Job Name. The job will be saved under the Jobs section. Admins can apply this job to multiple devices.
