Configure Single App Mode Profile

Lock down iOS devices with just one application in the foreground all the time. Once enabled, it disables Home Button, Notifications, and Control Center on the device.

To create a Single App Mode profile, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to SureMDM Web Console > Profiles > iOS/iPadOS > Single App Mode Profile > Configure.

  2. Enter a Profile Name.

  3. Configure Single App Mode settings and click Save.

Lockdown ApplicationChoose an application from the drop-down menu for lockdown.
Note: Lockdown works for the applications that are installed on the device.
App IDWhen you select an application, the App ID will be automatically populated.
Single App ModeEnables lockdown of device with single application.

The newly created profile will be listed in the Profiles section.

  1. Go back to the Home tab and select the iOS/iPadOS device(s) or group(s).

  2. Click Apply to launch the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt.

  3. Select the profile under All Jobs/Profiles.

  4. Click Apply in the Apply/Profile To Device prompt.
