Configure Conditional Access Settings in the SureMDM Console

  1. On the SureMDM Console, navigate to Settings > Account Settings > Enterprise Integrations > Office 365 Settings.

  2. In the Conditional Access tab, select the checkbox labeled Integrate Microsoft Entra ID.

  3. Enter the following details:

Tenant IDEnter your Tenant ID of the Microsoft Entra.
Report device compliance status to AzureWhen enabled, SureMDM will transmit the compliance status of Android and iOS devices to Microsoft Entra (fka. Azure).

Report Device Compliance Status to Azure (Optional): Enable this checkbox to transmit the compliance status of devices to Azure. There must be a compliance policy created on the SureMDM console and applied to iOS/Android devices.

  1. After entering the required information, click Save.

  2. You should be taken to Microsoft’s Sign In page. Enter your Microsoft Account details. Once authenticated, a connection should now be established between the Microsoft Entra ID and SureMDM Console.

  3. Once authentication is successful, return to the SureMDM Console. You should now see all Entra ID Groups from the Microsoft Entra portal synced within SureMDM Console.

  4. Select the required Entra ID Groups from the list below and click Assign. Ensure that the intended users are included in the selected groups.
