ServiceNow Integration

Organizations may more effectively manage their mobile devices as part of their entire IT service management strategy by integrating SureMDM with ServiceNow. Passing valuable data and events between these two systems is normally how these two systems are integrated. For instance, a ServiceNow ticket may be immediately created based on the data gathered by SureMDM when a mobile device needs debugging or help, and the IT support staff can then proceed with the regular incident resolution procedure via ServiceNow.
