Configure eSIM Configuration Profile
The eSIM Configuration Profile allows you to remotely provision and deprovision eSIM profiles on supported devices. It simplifies eSIM management by allowing administrators to configure or remove eSIM profiles without requiring physical access to the device.
This feature is supported only on Fully Managed, Work Profile, & Work Profile on Company Owned devices running Android V14 and above with SureMDM Agent v28.59.04
To create a eSIM Configuration profile and deploy it to the devices, follow these steps:
Navigate to SureMDM Web Console > Profiles > Android > New Profile > Google Play EMM API > Primary Profile > eSIM Configuration > Configure.
Enter a Profile Name.
Configure the eSIM Configuration settings and click Save.

| Provision eSIM | Use this section to remotely configure and activate an eSIM profile on the device. |
| Enable eSIM Provisioning | Enable this option to remotely provision and manage an eSIM profile on supported devices. |
| Name | Enter a name to identify the eSIM profile. |
| Activation Code | Enter the activation code provided by the carrier to download and provision the eSIM profile. |
| Activate eSIM | Enable this option to activate the eSIM automatically after the profile is downloaded, without requiring user confirmation. This option is supported only on Fully Managed devices. |
| Deprovision eSIM | Use this section to remotely remove an existing eSIM profile from the device. |
| Enable eSIM Deprovisioning | Enable this option to remotely remove an existing eSIM profile from the device. |
| Subscriber ID | Enter the subscriber ID provided by the carrier for the eSIM profile to be removed. To deprovision multiple eSIM profiles, enter the subscriber IDs separated by commas. |
The newly created profile will be listed in the Profiles section.
Go back to the Home tab and select the Android device(s) or group(s).
Click Apply to launch the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt.
In the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt, select the created profile and click Apply.
