Setup SureFox Permissions
The admins can activate certain permissions anytime in SureFox. The following options are available under Setup SureFox Permissions:
Configure Runtime and Storage Permissions - SureFox requires access to runtime permissions, including Telephone, Camera, Location, Storage Path, Notifications, and Microphone. The application will not function properly unless these permissions are granted.
Activate Device Admin - SureFox requires Android device administrator permission for the advanced lockdown features such as:
Samsung KNOX
Lock Device
Set Password Restrictions
Reset Device Password
Select this option to activate all the advanced lockdown features.
Enable Samsung Knox - Select this option to enable Samsung Knox features. This feature is available only for Samsung Knox devices.
- Enable Usage Access - Select this option and then enable Usage Access for SureFox.The lockdown features of SureFox will not work until this option is enabled.
Enable Display Over Other Apps - SureFox requires this permission to disable the status bar, block access to unallowed apps and usage of floating buttons. Use this option to enable the display over other apps permission on the device.
Configure System Permissions - SureFox requires this permission to enable the single application mode, floating buttons, power saving mode, modifying the brightness, WiFi hotspot and rotation settings. Use this option to allow SureFox to modify the system settings.
