Configure Wallpaper from SureLock Settings

SureLock Home Screen can be personalized with a wallpaper. SureLock Home Screen can be customized with a variety of wallpaper options. Admins can configure multiple wallpapers, alternating between custom images and HTML files for dynamic personalization. You can also select between system wallpapers, custom images, or an HTML source, allowing for diverse and flexible visual customization. The feature supports portrait and landscape modes and accommodates a seamless transition between wallpaper selections.

Wallpaper Settings has the following options:

a.  Wallpaper Settings - Use this section to set wallpapers for both the SureLock Home Screen and the Device Lock Screen. For the Home Screen, users can configure up to 5 wallpapers each for Landscape and Portrait modes. For the Lock Screen, users can select a single wallpaper, which can either match or differ from the Home Screen wallpaper.

   To configure a wallpaper, follow these steps:

  1. On the Admin Settings screen, tap SureLock Settings.
  2. Select SureLock Settings > Wallpaper Settings and select the following settings as per the requirement:

I. Wallpaper Settings option:

a. Tap Home Screen Wallpaper > Select Wallpaper Source > 

  • Use System Wallpaper: Select Use System Wallpaper to set the system wallpaper as SureLock Home Screen wallpaper.

  • Custom Image: Allows selecting an image as the wallpaper, with additional configuration options:

    • Configure Custom Image: Customize the wallpaper by choosing between landscape or portrait mode.
      note

      A total of 10 wallpapers can be configured, including 5 for Landscape mode and 5 for Portrait mode.

    • Enable Random Play: Enable to shuffle wallpapers randomly.
    • Wallpaper Transition: Configure wallpapers to change at specified intervals or every time the device is unlocked.
    • Wallpaper Position: Specify the wallpaper position by selecting either Center or Fill.
    • Background Color: Choose or enter a Hex color code to set the background color for the SureLock Home Screen. -Hide SureLock Logo Icon from Home Screen: Enable this option to remove the SureLock logo icon from the home screen.

  • HTML File: Enables setting an HTML file or URL as wallpaper, disabling other options.

b. Lockscreen Wallpaper to browse and select the desired image from Drive/Gallery/Photos. 

II. Loading Screen Customization:  

Allows customization of the loading screen, including selecting a custom image as the wallpaper and configuring text for messages or elements displayed during the loading screen.

a. Tap Loading screen Wallpaper to browse and select the desired image for the loading screen or enter a web URL.

b. Customize Loading Screen to change the loading screen message and enable the progress bar.  The following options can be customized for loading screens:

  • Loading Screen Message
  • Loading Screen Message in Single App Mode (when hide bottom bar is enabled):
  • Font Color
  • Font Size
  • Show Progress Bar
