TSC Printer Jobs
The following are the jobs supported by the Printronix printers:
Firmware Update
Firmware Update job allows the admins to remotely update the firmware on the TSC Printers.
To update the firmware on the TSC Printers, follow these steps:
Log in to the SureMDM Console.
Select the TSC Printers and navigate to the Dynamic Job section.
Select the Firmware Update Job.
On Firmware Update prompt, upload the Firmware file.
Click Apply or Save As Job.
Apply - By clicking this option, the job will be applied to the selected device without saving it.
Save As Job - By clicking this option, the admin can save the job by adding a Job Name. The job will be saved under the Jobs section. Admins can apply this job to multiple devices.
File Transfer
File Transfer job allows the admins to remotely transfer the required files to the TSC Printers.
To transfer files to the TSC Printers, follow these steps:
Log in to the SureMDM Console.
Select the TSC Printers and navigate to the Dynamic Job section.
Select the File Transfer Job.
On File Transfer prompt, upload the required file.
Click Apply or Save As Job.
Apply - By clicking this option, the job will be applied to the selected device without saving it.
Save As Job - By clicking this option, the admin can save the job by adding a Job Name. The job will be saved under the Jobs section. Admins can apply this job to multiple devices.
