Unenroll Devices
There are two different processes to be followed for unenrolling devices from the KME portal and SureMDM based on the profile type:
Fully Managed profile
To unenroll a device from the KME portal and SureMDM, follow these steps:
- Remove IMEI from the Knox Mobile Enrollment portal.
- Factory reset the device.
Device Admin profile
To unenroll a device from the KME portal and SureMDM, follow these steps:
- Remove IMEI from the Knox Mobile Enrollment portal.
- Apply the following custom run script on the device. Refer to the steps here:

- Uninstall SureMDM Agent from the device.
