Configure Exchange Email Profiles on Android and iOS Devices

1. Create Mail Configuration profile for Android device.

Once the device picks up this configuration, Gmail appears inside work container on the device. This inbox is pre-configured with Office 365 account from MEM profile. When the containerized mail application is launched, it asks for the account password. Once the password is entered, exchange mails will start to sync.

Note: It might take more than 30 minutes to reflect the changes on the device.

2. Create Exchange ActiveSync profile for iOS device.

Once the device picks up this configuration, the iOS mail client gets configured with mail account from the MEM profile. On launching containerized iOS Mail application, it prompts for the mail account password. Once password is entered, exchange mails will start to sync.
