Alert and Notifications

The Alerts and Notifications section offers two charts named Unread Mails and Jobs  designed to provide essential information regarding job statuses and unread notifications. It tailors its display based on the selected customer and the chosen date and time. The section prominently features counts for Success, Pending, Failed, and InProgress jobs, ensuring administrators are promptly informed about critical alerts and current job statuses.

Additionally, administrators can access further details by clicking the Details button. This action reveals the latest 10 jobs applied on the devices, along with their respective Account IDs formatted as Job Name-Account ID. This feature facilitates quick access to specific job information, aiding in effective management and timely responses.
