Tenant Settings

Tenant Settings in SureMDM Hub offers a range of customization options to enhance the user experience and branding for each customer. Following are the settings provided for each option:

1. White Labeling: This feature allows you to customize the login screen heading text and logo for all screens. By adding your company's logo and customizing the Login heading text, you can create a branded experience for users logging into the SureMDM console.

  • Logo: Allows to update the required Logo for the Login, Logout, 2FA and Forgot Password screens.
  • Login Screen Heading: Allows to customize the login screen heading.

2. Admin Settings: With this option, you can select the required admin settings that you would like to hide on the SureMDM console. This can help simplify the interface for customers by removing unnecessary settings and options, focusing on what is important for their use case.

  • Device Enrollment: Disabling this option will disable the device enrollment section in the SureMDM console.
  • Account Settings: Disabling this option will disable the account settings section in the SureMDM console.
  • User Management: Disabling this option will disable the user management section in the SureMDM console.
  • Security: Disabling this option will disable the security section in the SureMDM console.
  • DeepThought Settings: Disabling this option will disable the DeepThought settings section in the SureMDM console.
  • License Management: Disabling this option will disable the license management section in the SureMDM console.
  • Contact Us: Disabling this option will disable the contact us section in the SureMDM console.
  • Help: Disabling this option will disable the help section in the SureMDM console.
  • Copyright: Enter the copyright message to be displayed on the SureMDM console.

3. Menu: Similarly, you can select the required menu items that you would like to hide on the SureMDM console. This allows you to customize the menu based on the features and functionalities you want to make available to your customers, ensuring a clean and intuitive interface.

  • Enrollment: Disabling this option will hide the Enrollment menu from the SureMDM console.
  • Dashboard: Disabling this option will hide the Dashboard menu from the SureMDM console.
  • MTD: Disabling this option will hide the MTD menu from the SureMDM console.
  • Inbox: Disabling this option will hide the Inbox menu from the SureMDM console.
  • Jobs: Disabling this option will hide the Jobs menu from the SureMDM console.
  • Profiles: Disabling this option will hide the Profile menu from the SureMDM console.
  • App Store: Disabling this option will hide the App Store menu from the SureMDM console.
  • File Store: Disabling this option will hide the File Store menu from the SureMDM console.
  • Reports: Disabling this option will hide the Reports menu from the SureMDM console.
  • DeepThought: Disabling this option will hide the DeepThought menu from the SureMDM console.
  • Apps Plugin: Disabling this option will hide the Apps Plugin menu from the SureMDM console.

4. Email Template: This option allows you to customize the content in the email footers sent from the SureMDM console. You can add your company's branding, contact information, or any other relevant details to personalize the emails and enhance brand visibility.

  • Contact Us: Enter the contact details to be displayed on the email footer.
  • Read our Blog: Enter the blog links to be displayed on the email footer.
  • Follow on Twitter: Enter the Twitter links to be displayed on the email footer.
  • Phone: Enter the contact number to be displayed on the email footer.
  • Email: Enter the email address to be displayed on the email footer.
  • Copyright: Enter the copyright to be displayed on the email footer.

5. Miscellaneous: Select additional customization options from the following list to hide on the SureMDM console.

  • Manual Enrollment Instructions: Disabling this option will hide the manual enrollment steps in the SureMDM console.
  • Right-Hand Information Panel: Disabling this option will hide the short description on the right side of the Jobs, Profile, App Store, and File Store.
