Global Settings

The Global Settings page allows administrators to configure account-wide preferences. It includes options for Branding Info to customize SureMDM Hub with a title or a logo, Plus Addressing to manage email aliasing using a base email ID, NPS Survey Settings to enable or disable Net Promoter Score surveys. Changes can be saved for consistent application across the system and Intercom access configuration for the SureMDM Hub users.

Branding Info

The Branding Info feature allows customization of the SureMDM Hub’s appearance by either setting a custom title or uploading a logo. When the Use Logo option is unchecked, users can define a title that will be displayed, with an option to reset it to default. When the Use Logo option is enabled, users can upload an image in formats such as PNG, JPEG, JPG, SVG, TIFF, BMP, or GIF, which will replace the text title. This ensures organizations can maintain consistent visual identity in line with their branding guidelines.

Use LogoCheck this option to use a logo for branding. Note: By default, the option will be checked.
Logo PathWhen Use Logo is checked, the logo to be displayed should be uploaded here and Preview will be displayed below the field. Note: By default, the SureMDM Hub logo will be set.
TitleWhen Use Logo is unchecked, the title to be displayed should be entered here. Note: By default, the title ‘SureMDM Hub’ will be added.
Reset to defaultButton to reset the Branding to its default value.

Plus Addressing

The Plus Addressing feature under the Global Settings helps the Account admin to create unique email variations for customer creation that simplify email management and streamline email communications. This feature includes an option to enable plus addressing and add a base URL. This base email ID serves as a parent ID when creating customer accounts, allowing you to create multiple customer accounts using a single parent email ID. All emails related to these customer accounts will be received in the parent email ID inbox, simplifying communication and management.

Base Email IDEnter the Email address on which plus addressing should be supported. Note: By default, email ID of the account admin will be displayed.

NPS Survery Settings

NPS Survey Settings allows the SureMDM Hub admin to enable/disable the Net Promotoer Score(NPS) Survey Settings for all the users of the SureMDM Hub account.

Disable NPS SurveyCheck this option to disable NPS Survey for all the users of this account. Note: By default, this setting will be unchecked.

SureMDM Hub users will receive the NPS survey popup on their account 2 minutes after logging in. The account must have been active for three months to receive the NPS popup for the first time. Following that, the NPS popup will appear every six months for you to complete the survey.

If you close the survey without completing it, the NPS popup will trigger again and open after 7 days to prompt you to mark the survey.

Intercom Access for User

The Intercom access for User feature allows the SureMDM Hub admin to assign Intercom communication access for a specific user. By selecting the username from the dropdown menu, it can be ensured that only the designated account can utilize Intercom for communication and support purposes.
