Global Jobs/Profiles

Global Jobs and Profiles in SureMDM Hub enable the sharing of jobs and profiles across different customers. With this feature, admins can create specific jobs or profiles and easily share them across all customer accounts. This streamlines the process of managing jobs and profiles, as admins can create a single job under the global Jobs and Profiles account, and it will automatically reflect under all customer accounts where the job or profile can be applied to their respective devices or groups. This simplifies administration and ensures consistency across all customer accounts.

To create specific jobs/profiles and easily share them across all customer accounts, follow the below steps:

1. Log in to the SureMDM Hub console.

2. Enable Global Jobs and Profiles Account and click Login.

3. Once logged into the Global Jobs/Profiles account, navigate to the Jobs or Profiles section.

4. Create  new Jobs and Profiles that are intended to be shared across all customer accounts.

 For example, navigate to Jobs > New Job > Android > Text Message > Configure the Text Message settings and click OK.

5. Now, to apply the Global Jobs/Profiles on devices or groups, login to the SureMDM console of a specific customer account.

6. On the Home tab and select the device(s) or group(s).

7. Click Apply Jobs/Profile to the group and go to the tab.

8. Select the required Jobs/Profile and click Apply.
