Reports

The SureMDM Hub's Reports section enables administrators to generate System Logs and License Reports, streamlining device and data inventory management.

The Hub admin will be able to generate two types of reports such as:

  • System Log Report - This report is generated based on the system usage of the SureMDM Hub account, providing details like time, username, and log messages.

  • License Report - This report provides an overview of license usage for customers in the SureMDM Hub account. It includes detailed information such as License Type, Allocated Licenses, Used Licenses, Expiry Date, and more for each customer associated with the account.

To generate the above Report, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to SureMDM Hub console > Reports.

  2. Select a type of report to generate: System Log or License Report.

  3. For the System log report, select the Date & Time range.

    For License report, select the type of license

  4. Click on the Request Report.

    The request will be added to the queue and the status of the report gets updated in the View Reports section.

  5. Go to View Reports and select the report to view or download the generated report.

View Reports​

All the generated reports will be added to the queue and the status of the report is updated in this section. The report can either be viewed or downloaded from this section.
