SureVideo - Using SureVideo Import/Export Settings options

How can I set up multiple devices with same SureVideo Settings?

If there are multiple devices and you want identical SureVideo Settings
in all the devices, you have option to use SureVideo's Import/Export
Settings options.

All you have to do is to configure one of the devices with desired settings and export the settings to an external device/cloud and then import the same setting in other devices using SureVideo Import option.

Follow below mentioned steps to export and import SureVideo Settings using a file:

  • Access SureVideo Settings by tapping 5 times on the screen within 3 seconds
  • SureVideo Login Prompt
  • Use SureVideo Password and tap on OK
  • SureVideo Default Password
  • On SureVideo Settings screen, tap on Import/Export Settings option
  • SureVideo Export Import Settings
  • On Import/Export Settings screen, tap on Export to File under Export Settings

  • Browse the location where you want to save the Settings File and tap on OK
  • SureVideo Browse to File
  • Now that the Settings File is exported, to import, tap on Import from File under Import Settings
  • SureVideo Improt to File
  • Browse the location of the Settings File and tap on OK to complete
  • SureVideo Browse Setting to File
  • You can repeat the same process with the other pending devices

Follow below mentioned steps to export and import SureVideo Settings using cloud:

  • Access SureVideo Settings by tapping 5 times on the screen within 3 seconds
  • SureVideo Login Prompt
  • Use SureVideo Password and tap on OK
  • SureVideo Default Password
  • On SureVideo Settings screen, tap on Import/Export Settings option
  • SureVideo Import Ecport Settings
  • On Import/Export Settings screen, tap on Export to Cloud under Export Settings section
  • SureVideo Export to Cloud
  • On Export to Cloud screen, tap and select from the following options:
  • SureVideo Export to Cloud options
    • Export Settings To a New Cloud ID
    • Use Existing Cloud ID

  • Tap on Export Settings To a New Cloud ID, if you wish to create a new cloud ID

  • Tap on Use Existing Cloud ID, if you wish to export new settings and overwrite an existing settings profile

  • On successful export of settings to cloud, you will get a Cloud ID which can be referred to when you want
    to import settings from the cloud
  • Tap on Copy to Clipboard, if you wish to copy the Cloud ID or tap Close to complete

  • Once done, use Import from Cloud option and Cloud ID to import the SureVideo Settings
