Configure SureMDM Agent Settings (Android Wear/ Wear OS)
On successful launch of the SureMDM Agent application on the smartwatch, SureMDM Agent Home will appear with Settings options.
To configure SureMDM Agent application settings, follow these steps:
1. Launch the SureMDM Agent application on the device.
2. On the SureMDM Agent Home screen, tap Settings.
3. Configure the SureMDM Agent settings:
Settings | Description |

Enable SureMDM Agent Service | This option allows the user to enable or disable the communication between the SureMDM Agent and SureMDM account. This feature has to be disabled before making changes in the SureMDM Agent settings. |
Change Device Name | The Device Name can be set manually by entering the desired name or using the IMEI Number or MAC Number. The Device Name configured here will appear in the device grid of the SureMDM Console. |
Account ID | The Account ID is the identification number for the SureMDM account. Enter the Account ID to get enrolled in the account. Note: To fetch the account ID, click Settings > Account ID |
Change Password | The password to access SureMDM Agent Settings can be changed using the Change Password option. |
Server Path | The console URL to which devices will be enrolled. Note: Server Path is the SureMDM console URL to which the devices will be enrolled. |
Device ID | Unique identification of devices generated by SureMDM Agent. |
Use https | Select this option for a secured connection. |
SureMDM Agent Connectivity | Select a network connectivity option to get connected to the internet: Any WiFi Only Mobile Data Only |
Change Polling Mechanism | In the Polling Mechanism, the processor periodically checks each of its input and output devices to see if any of them have a request that it needs to handle. To change the Polling Mechanism, tap Change Polling Mechanism and select from the following options: Normal Polling Periodic Polling |
Mailbox | Select this option to show the Mailbox option on the SureMDM Agent Home Screen. |
Keep CPU ON | Select the Keep CPU On option to keep SureMDM Agent running all the time. |
Enable Log | Select this option to record the log information of the device in the SureMDM Web Console. |
Agent Version | Displays the version of the SureMDM Agent installed. |
Uninstall SureMDM Agent | Tap this option to uninstall the SureMDM Agent from the device. |
Deregister SureMDM Agent | Deregister the device from the current SureMDM server. |
Import/Export Settings | Use this option to export the current SureMDM Agent settings to a file or cloud. This option can also be used to import settings from the cloud or file for quick and easy configuration. |
