Using Runscript Job

The SureMDM Agent Settings file has to be pushed first to the device before applying the  Runscript job. To push the setting file to the device, follow steps 1–5 under the Using SureMDM Agent Settings section.  

To import the settings using the Runscript job, follow these steps:

1. On the SureMDM Web Console, navigate to Jobs > New Job > Android VR> Run Script.    

2. In the Run Script window, enter the Job Name and type the below script in the script box.

3. Click Save.

     The newly created runscript job will be listed in the Jobs List section.

4. Go back to SureMDM Home and select the VR device(s).

5. Click Apply to launch the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt.

6. In the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt, select the runscript job and click Apply.

     The device will start downloading the SureMDM Agent settings file.

Device-side

6. Once the SureMDM Agent settings file is downloaded on the device, launch the SureMDM Agent Kiosk. 

7. Tap Settings > Import Settings. 

8. Browse and select the downloaded SureMDM Agent settings file, and tap Apply.

Once the settings file is imported, the changes made to the file will be applied to the device.
