System Settings
SureMDM is a complete device management platform that allows organizations to remotely manage their devices, applications, and data. SureMDM’s system administrators can configure various device settings from a central console. In this article, we will explore the different system settings available in the SureMDM console. System settings can be easily accessed from the console. It is located in the upper right side corner of the console. You can see the license details and account details, followed by the general settings. License and account details are visible first, followed by general settings. The license details include the number of device/endpoint licenses allocated and occupied. Account details include username, company name, account ID and subscription type.
Following are the general settings available in System Settings:
Username – Displays the name of the logged-in user.
Company Name – Shows the organization associated with the account.
Account ID – Displays the unique identification number assigned to the account.
Last Login Time – Indicates the date and time of the user’s most recent login.
Subscription – Shows the current subscription plan associated with the account.
Account Settings - Manage account-level configurations and preferences
User Management - Create, edit, and manage user accounts and permissions
Security - Configure security policies and authentication settings
License Management - View and manage device licenses and subscriptions
DeepThought Settings - Configure AI-powered assistance and automation features
Change Language - Select your preferred language for the console interface
Console Appearance - Customize the look and feel of your console
Contact Us - Access support and contact information
Help - Access documentation and help resources
Privacy - View information about how user and device data is handled and protected
Logout - Sign out of your SureMDM console session
