Configuration of SCEP Okta in SureMDM
To configure the user certificate through SCEP in SureMDM, follow these steps:
Navigate to SureMDM Web Console > Settings (icon located at the top right of the screen) > Account Settings > Certificate Management.
Configure the following Certificate Settings and click Save:

| Connection Type | Cloud connector |
| CA Server Address | Okta SCEP URL (Refer to e.iii under SCEP configurations okta Configurations.) |
| Certificate Template | -NA- |
| Certificate Renewal Period | Select the time to renew the CA certificate. |
| Common Name Wild Card | Select wildcards from the drop-down, such as IMEI, Mac Address, Device ID, Serial number, or Custom wildcards/values. Custom wildcards can be E = %emailaddress% ,CN = %cn% , %ou% , %dc% |
| Subject Alternate Name Wildcard | Select wildcards such as IMEI, Mac Address, Device ID, Serial number, or Custom wildcards/values from the drop-down. Custom wildcards can be Principal Name = %upn%, RFC822 Name= %emailaddress% |
| Challenge Type | Static or Dynamic |
| Challenge Password | Enter the challenge password or secret key (Refer to e.iii under SCEP configurations okta Configurations.) |
| Challenge URL | Enter the challenge URL(Refer to e.iii under SCEP configurations okta Configurations.) Note: Only applicable if the Challenge Type is Dynamic. |
| User Name | Enter the User Name (Refer to e.iii under SCEP configurations okta Configurations.) Note: Only applicable if the Challenge Type is Dynamic. |
| Password | The password of the account to communicate with the certificate authority. |
