App Store for Linux
Establishing an Enterprise App Store for Linux involves a two-step process to efficiently distribute and manage applications on Linux devices. The first step focuses on creating the App Store platform through the SureMDM Web Console, allowing administrators to add applications via various options such as package upload, link, or web app. Multiple app versions can be managed, and compatibility is ensured for different Linux distributions. The second step entails deploying an Application Policy profile to enrolled devices, enabling seamless installation of approved apps from the App Store. This streamlined approach enhances software distribution and management across the Linux device ecosystem.
To create an Enterprise App Store and deploy it to the Linux device(s), the following two steps have to be performed.
