View Device Logs
Admins can view the log activities of a specific device. Select a device from the Device Grid and click Logs. It displays the log activities of a device, as shown in the screenshot below.
Note: Export option downloads the device log details in CSV format.
If there is an issue with a device online and or remote connectivity, you can download logs of SureMDM/SureLock/SureFox/SureVideo and share it with the 42Gears Support team to troubleshoot the issue. To do so, click Troubleshoot and select the required product logs and click Download.
Note: Troubleshoot option will be available only for the Android devices.
