MTD for Windows

Prerequisites

•  The device must have enrolled through Dual Enrollment mode.
• The Windows device must run SureMDM Agent version 4.57 or later for this feature to work.

Initiate Scan on Windows Devices

1.  Log into the SureMDM Console

2.  Select a Windows device.

3.  Click System Scan > Scan from the Dynamic jobs section.

Note: The device must be online to initiate the scan.    

4.  Select a Scan Mode.

• Quick Scan - Scan for malicious threats in the areas that are most likely to be subject to attacks.
• Full Scan -  Scans every file, folder, task, and process of the device.

This will initiate a scan on a device. It will display a report if any threats are found or else displays No Threats Detected  message on the screen.
