Generate Analytics Report  for Things Devices

42Gears offers Things Data Analytics for the enrolled Things devices. Admins can monitor Things devices usage by generating Custom Reports. 

To generate a custom analytics report for Things devices, follow these steps:

1.  Navigate to SureMDM Web Console > Settings (icon located at top right of the screen) > Account Settings > Data Analytics.

2.  Select Enable Data Analytics to configure analytics settings.

3.  Click Add Things Analytics.

4.  Select the required devices on the Things Devices prompt.

5.  Once the device is selected, the fields will be created automatically. Admins can add additional fields using Add Field option.

(Field is the analytics parameter. For example Connector Name, Connector Version. These fields create different columns in the report which makes it easier for the user to understand the data.)

6.  Once done, click Apply to save the analytics.

7.  Go to Reports and select Custom Reports.
