42Gears UEM offers a Virtual Assistant chatbot - DeepThought to help admins navigate through functionalities and data using voice or chat commands. Following are the functions that can be performed using the portal:
- Locate devices
- Reboot devices remotely
- Wipe devices
- Send messages
- Check account and battery status
For Admins
Admins can use voice or chat commands and instructions to extract data and take actions like listing online devices or listing devices with less than 15 percent of battery status.
To chat with the Chatbot, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to SureMDM Web Console > DeepThought.
2. Enter the chat commands in the chat box or select the required command displayed below or click Microphone icon.
For End Users
End users can also use DeepThought as a self-service portal to perform certain functions themselves on their enrolled devices like tracking the device or wiping the device using voice or chat commands.
