Configure Screensaver Profile (macOS)


Screensaver profile allows IT admins to configure a screensaver on the enrolled devices.

To configure a screensaver remotely on the enrolled device(s), follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the SureMDM web console > Profiles > macOS > Add > Screensaver > Configure.
  2. Enter a Profile Name.
  3. Configure the required settings and click Save.

Description

Enable Screensaver

Use this option to enable screensaver option.

Module Path

Enter the path of the folder that contains screensaver file.

Screensaver Idle Time (In Seconds)

Use this option to set a idle time (in seconds) after which the screensaver will appear. 


4.  Go back to the Home tab and select the macOS device(s) or group(s).

5.  Click Apply to launch the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt.

6.  On the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt, select the created profile and click Apply.
