Blocklist Devices

Admin will have an option to blocklist the enrolled device(s) from the account. Such devices will not have any communication with the SureMDM account and will be listed under Blocklisted section.

To block-list a device, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to SureMDM Web Console.

2. Select the device(s) from Device Grid.

3. Click Blocklist from the Device Toolbar.

4. Click Yes.

    The devices will be moved to the Blocklisted section below Groups.

    Note: 1. The blocklisted device can be restored to the Device Grid. 

            2. To restore the blocklisted device on the device grid, go to Blocklisted section, select the device and click Allowlist.
