SureMDM Mail
SureMDM Web Console offers two way messaging. Admins can send messages to individual devices or broadcast to groups. The device users can also compose messages or reply to messages from the administrators. All alerts and notifications set using Notification Policy job also can be viewed using this feature.
To send a message, follow below mentioned steps:
1. Login to SureMDM Web Console
2. Select the device from Device List
3. On Quick Action Toolbar section, click on Message
4. On Send Message prompt, enter following details:
- Subject
- Body
5. Select Get read notification if a read receipt is required
6. Select Force read message if the message should auto launched on the device for users to read
7. Click on OK to complete
To broadcast message, follow below mentioned steps:
1. Login to SureMDM Web Console
2. On Utility Panel section, click on Jobs
3. On Jobs screen, click on New Job
4. On Select Operating System screen, select from the following options:
- Android
- Windows
- Windows CE
- Windows Mobile
- Others
5. On Select Job Type screen, click Send Text Message
6. On Type Message Here prompt, enter following details:
- Job Name
- Subject
- Body
7. Select Get read notification if a read receipt is required
8. Select Force read message if the message should auto launched on the device for users to read
9. Click on OK to complete
10. Click on Home on Utility Panel section and go back to home
11. Once on Home, select device(s) or group(s) and click on Apply
12. On Apply Job prompt, select the Send Text Message job and click on Apply
Note: The created job would be saved under Job List for future use.
