14. SureMDM Logs

SureMDM Logs

All activities in SureMDM and enrolled devices are time stamped and recorded. These details are displayed in the Log section at the bottom right of the screen.

To view logs of an enrolled device, follow below mentioned steps:

1. Login to SureMDM Web Console

2. Select and highlight the device from Device List

3. Click on Logs

4. Device Log prompt will display time stamped activities of the device

Tip: Click on Export in Device Log prompt to export the details.

To view logs of all enrolled devices, follow below mentioned steps:

1. Login to SureMDM Web Console

3. Click on Logs at the bottom right of the screen

4. Device Log prompt will display time stamped activities of all enrolled devices

Tip: Click on Export in Log window to export the details.
