eSIM Configuration
The eSIM Configuration Job allows you to remotely provision or deprovision eSIM profiles on supported devices. This eliminates the need for physical SIM card handling, simplifies cellular deployment and device onboarding.
This job is supported only for devices configured through the Android Management API (AMAPI) that are enrolled as Fully Managed, Work Profile, or Work Profile on Company-Owned devices running Android 15 or later.
To create a eSIM Configuration job and deploy it to the enrolled device(s) or group(s) remotely, follow these steps:
On the SureMDM Web Console, navigate to Jobs > New Job > Android > eSIM Configuration.
Configure the eSIM Configuration and click Save.

| Provision | |
| Activation Code (SM-DP+) | Enter the activation code provided by the carrier to download and activate the eSIM profile. |
| Activate eSIM | Enable this option to activate the eSIM immediately after the profile is downloaded, without requiring user confirmation. |
| Deprovision | |
| ICCID | Enter the unique identifier of the esim profile to be removed. To deprovision multiple esim profiles, enter ICCID values separated by commas. |
The newly created job will be listed in the Jobs List section.
Go back to the Home tab and select the Android device(s) or group(s).
Click Apply to launch the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt.
In the Apply Job/Profile To Device prompt, select the job(s) and click Apply.
