Configure Exchange Email Profiles on Android/iOS Devices
1. On the SureMDM Web Console, navigate to Profiles > Android / iOS > Add > Mail Configuration / Exchange ActiveSync.
2. Enter the Profile Name and following details and then click Save.
Email Address - Exchange User id
Hostname - Exchange.domain.com (Example: exchange.office.42gears.com)
Username - Exchange Username
MEM Configuration is ready to deploy to Android/iOS device(s).
3. Got to Home, select the device and apply MEM configuration profile.
4. Once device picks up the configuration:
For Android – Gmail appears inside the work container on device and configured with EAS account from the MEM profile. When the containerized Gmail is launched, it asks for the account password. Once the password is entered, Exchange Mails start to sync.
For iOS - iOS mail client gets configured with EAS account from the MEM profile. When the containerized iOS mail client is launched, it asks for the account password. Once the password is entered, Exchange Mails start to sync.
