Getting Started with SureVideo

Downloading SureVideo

SureVideo can be downloaded from following sources:

When SureVideo is downloaded directly using your desktop browser, follow below mentioned steps:

  • When external storage device used

    1. Copy the saved SureVideo Setup file in an external device and transfer it to the device

    2. Launch the file in the device to initiate the installation process

  • When device connected to desktop

    1. Copy the saved SureVideo Setup file and save it in one of the device files

    2. Launch the file in the device to initiate the installation process

Launching SureVideo

Once installed, follow below mentioned steps to launch SureVideo:

  1. Tap on the SureVideo icon from the list of applications

  2. Read and accept the End User License Agreement

  3. Click on Get Started on SureVideo Home Screen to learn basic steps on how to get started

Accessing SureVideo Settings

To access SureVideo Settings, follow below mentioned steps:

  1. Launch SureVideo

  2. Tap on SureVideo Home Screen 5 times within 3 seconds

  3. On the password prompt, enter SureVideo default password - 0000 (four zeros)

  4. On successful login, you will see SureVideo Admin Settings on the screen
