End-User Experience on iPhone and iPad

After the migration assignment is configured:

  1. Users are notified that the device must be enrolled in a different device management service before the specified deadline.

  2. Selecting Start Enrollment initiates the migration process.

  1. The device prompts for a restart.

  1. During the migration process:
  • The device unenrolls from the existing MDM solution and automatically enrolls into the SureMDM.

  1. Upon successful enrollment, device management is transferred to SureMDM.
