Reports

The Reports feature in SureMDM offers a wide range of insights into device activity, compliance, and performance. The user can generate scheduled or custom reports to track hardware readiness, user activity, application usage, device health, data consumption, job deployments, and more. Each report provides detailed information, including device status, connectivity, call records, certificate details, and group assignments. These reports help organizations monitor enrolled devices efficiently, ensure compliance, and make informed decisions. Within this section, the following options are available:

  1. On-demand Reports - Predefined, built-in reports that can be generated instantly. The On-demand section includes multiple reports, such as:

  1. Custom Reports – This option allows administrators to create reports based on specific requirements. Admins can define fields, apply filters, and customize the structure to generate detailed insights as per their organizational needs.

  2. Schedule Reports – The Schedule Reports option allows administrators to automate report generation at defined intervals. Both On-demand and Custom Reports can be scheduled to run daily, weekly, or at other specified times. Reports can also be configured to be sent automatically to different email addresses at the specified intervals. This ensures the timely delivery of reports to the intended recipients without manual effort. All scheduled reports can later be accessed from the View Reports section.

  3. View Reports – A consolidated space to access and review all previously generated reports.
