ServiceNow Integration

SureMDM integrates with ServiceNow to help organizations align mobile device management with their IT service management (ITSM) processes. This integration enables automated ticket creation, real-time event reporting, and seamless synchronization between SureMDM and ServiceNow. By connecting SureMDM with ServiceNow, administrators can ensure that device issues—such as compliance violations, lost devices, corporate data removal, or operational faults—are immediately recorded within the organization’s existing service workflow. This reduces manual effort, eliminates the need to switch systems, and ensures faster incident resolution.

SureMDM supports Plugin Based Integration method. This method enables administrators to manually raise ServiceNow tickets directly from the SureMDM console. It allows field mapping, custom table configuration, and structured ticket creation based on device attributes.
